Welcome Screen

The Welcome Screen appears when Tetrapus launches without a loaded configuration. It provides quick access to open a config file or resume from a recent session.

Elements

• Globe Icon: Large centered icon indicating the geospatial context
• Title: "Welcome to Tetrapus"
• Open Configuration: Blue button that opens a file dialog to browse for a YAML config file
• Recent Configurations: Up to 8 recently loaded configs shown as clickable rows. Hover shows the full file path as a tooltip. Click to load immediately.

Getting Started

To dismiss the welcome screen, either:

• Click Open Configuration and select a config.yaml file
• Click a recent config entry to resume a previous session
• Use File > Load Config from the menu bar
